Thanks to its specific structure, it offers better mechanical properties compared to traditional uniform sheets. Piece sheet is used in the production of structural elements, roofing and in infrastructure repairs.
Abrasion-resistant sheet (also known as hard steel) is characterized by exceptional hardness and resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. Thanks to its high strength, it works perfectly in demanding industrial conditions – mines, construction and agriculture. Due to these properties, it is used for the production of excavator buckets, dump trucks, mills and other machine parts exposed to intensive wear.
Magnelis is an innovative carbon steel coated with a zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy (proportions: 93.5% zinc, 3.5% aluminum, 3% magnesium) providing better anti-corrosion properties than traditional galvanized steel. It is particularly valued for its self-healing properties, which protect cutting edges and provide full protection in harsh atmospheric conditions, such as marine environments or areas with high chloride and ammonia content.
Aluminum-silicon steel (also known as aluminized steel or AlSi steel) is a material coated with an aluminum-silicon alloy. Thanks to this combination, it retains its anti-corrosion and mechanical properties at temperatures up to 800°C. Aluminum-silicon steel is used in many industrial and commercial devices, such as heat exchangers, car mufflers, furnaces and ovens.
Electro-galvanized steel is coated with a layer of zinc through an electrolysis process. This method makes the sheet surface smooth and corrosion-resistant. It is excellent for welding, which is why it is used in many construction and production projects. Durable and easy to process, it is suitable for external building elements and car parts.
High-strength sheet (high strength steel) is steel characterized by high tensile strength and resistance to deformation. Transformer steel is a special type of low-alloy steel (no more than 0.08% carbon and 2.8-4.2% silicon) that is characterized by excellent magnetic properties. It is mainly used for the production of transformer sheets because it minimizes the occurrence of undesirable phenomena – eddy currents, magnetostriction.
Generator steel is a special type of steel used in devices such as generators and electric motors, for their more efficient operation. Thanks to it, machines lose less energy when converting electric current into mechanical motion or vice versa.
